Terms of Service & Master Agreement

By accessing Weblytics Solutions websites or engaging our engineering team for custom web development, mobile application build, SaaS architecture, UI/UX design, or SEO digital growth services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

All formal project engagements are executed under explicit Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) incorporating these core terms by reference.

Projects follow phased sprint timelines with explicit milestone reviews. Upon delivery of each milestone (e.g. Figma UI system, Staging Build deployment), the client is provided a 7-day QA verification window to sign off or request adjustments aligned with original SOW specifications.

Complete Ownership Transfer: Upon full financial settlement of project fees, 100% ownership of custom source code, design systems, and database schemas transfers unconditionally to the client.

Weblytics Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary developer scaffolding libraries and reusable boilerplate tools, granting the client a perpetual, royalty-free license for internal use.

Invoices are issued according to agreed milestone schedules. Standard payment terms are Net-15 days from invoice generation. Active retainers include our guaranteed 24-hour SLA response commitment for technical inquiry resolution.

Clients and site visitors agree not to engage in unauthorized security scanning, automated scraping, reverse engineering of proprietary code, or deploying malicious payloads to Weblytics Solutions infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weblytics Solutions' aggregate financial liability under any project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific SOW during the preceding 6-month period.
